Matterport 3D Tour

To create a Matterport tour, a large Matterport Pro 2 camera is placed on top of a tripod and rotated 360° to capture a scan. Scans are completed every 5 'to 8' feet. Depending on the home's layout, a typical 12' x 12' room will need approximately 2 to 3 scans. A lot of data is collected. This information provides a lot of information for prospective buyers. The Tour also has an interior measurement device, which is excellent for planning furniture. There's a clickable film strip set up at the bottom of the Tour. Viewers can choose to view the Tour as 2D or 3D floor plans. And those adventurous people can view the experience in virtual reality with the proper goggles.

Time on site is approximately 30 minutes per thousand square feet.
